Pick Up The Parks With Sunnking & Monroe County
Join the Monroe County Department of Parks and Sunnking Electronics Recycling in continuing the “Pick Up the Parks” event. This great parks stewardship event will expand from 4 to 6 parks in 2011; Black Creek, Ellison, Genesee Valley, Mendon Ponds, Ontario Beach, and Seneca Parks. Special thanks to these organizations that have already been instrumental in planning this upcoming event: Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE), The Friends & Neighbors of Seneca Park, Geo-Roc, Genesee Regional Off-Road Cycling (GROC), Genesee Valley Chapter Adirondack Mountain Club (ADK), Monroe County Department of Environmental Services, The Sierra Club Rochester Regional Group, and the Water Education Collaborative (WEC).

Be sure to tell us your group size, preferred park, e-mail address, and phone number, or just come on out to one of the six project sites on April 9th and register on-site.
Bring your old, outdated electronics for recycling, too! Sunnking will be there to collect your items such as laptops, cell phones, MP3 players and many more! and give you a gift card good towards the purchase of refurbished electronics equipment at their retail store.
