Recycle Your Old Electronics With Cornell University

Are you finally ready to part with your old and unused electronics?  Thanks to Cornell University and Sunnking Electronics Recycling, residents of Ithaca will have a convenient and environmentally responsible option for getting rid of their old, broken, or unwanted electronics and equipment.  Cornell University has teamed up with Sunnking Electronics Recycling to host a FREE residential electronics recycling drive on Saturday, October 1st, 2011 from 9am – 2pm at Cornell University, at the corner of Campus Road and Judd Falls Road.  If you’re in the area, please join us in another event to help protect our environment!

Residents in the area are encouraged to bring electronics such as laptops & desktops, computer accessories, TV’s & monitors, audio/video equipment, mp3 players, communications equipment, servers & IT equipment, printers & scanners, copiers & fax machines, cellphones & PDA’s, medical/lab equipment, and basically anything else with a circuit board or cord!

If you are unsure if your item is suitable, be sure to check Sunnking’s list of acceptable materials before coming out to the event!
