Seneca Park Zoo Go Green! Recycle Rally On September 25th & November 6th
Sunnking is once again teaming up with the Seneca Park Zoo in the name of responsible recycling! Join us at the Seneca Park Zoo Sunday, November 6th, 2011. These events are open to the public and those who are interested in attending are welcome to recycle their old electronics from 10am-3pm on November 6th. The Seneca Park Zoo is located at 2222 St. Paul Street, Rochester, N.Y. 14621.
Due to the Seneca Park Zoo and Sunnking’s previous success at the Go Green! Recycle Rallies, we are pleased to have the opportunity to unite again for another recycling endeavor. The Zoo is proud to, once again, host the Go Green! Recycle Rally because it allows for members of the community to seize the opportunity to properly recycle old electronics. Sunnking is enthused to be onsite to handle the electronics recycling portion of the event. Also, for those donating items aside from electronics, the Zoo will be collecting materials like clothing, shoes, and bicycles at the rally.
The Zoo does NOT accept air conditioners and household hazardous wastes such as paints, solvents and cleaners. Anyone interested in the Go Green! Recycle Rally is encouraged to come, even non-Rochester residents. Acceptable items are: laptops & desktops, computer accessories, TV’s & monitors, audio/video equipment, mp3 players, communications equipment, servers & IT equipment, printers & scanners, copiers & fax machines, cellphones & PDA’s, medical/lab equipment, and basically anything else with a circuit board or cord! If you are unsure if your item is suitable, be sure to check Sunnking’s list of acceptable materials at before coming out to the event!
