Town of Scottsville Residential Electronics Recycling Collection Event
Spring is starting to show its face, which means that it's getting to be that time of year when spring cleaning is in the air. When most people think of spring cleaning, they think of throwing out all of the junk that's been accumulating over the past year to make room for the new junk that will inevitably take its place. Granted, there are definitely some things that have no other destination but the trash, but there are a lot of items like old, broken, or unwanted electronics that should go anywhere but the trash.
Join Sunnking and the Village of Scottsville on Saturday, April 16th from 8am – 12pm at the Village DPW (389 Scottsville Mumford Rd. Scottsville, NY, 14546) to responsibly recycle your old gadgets free of charge! Foodlink, Sunnking’s official charitable partner in Monroe County, will receive a monetary donation based on the volume of e-scrap collected from this event. Please check our list of acceptable materials below for a list of electronics and equipment that we will happily take off your hands for proper recycling.
