Working Conditions

Item does not hold a working status, i.e. a book. Item cannot be powered up or tested due to power requirements, lack of equipment to test, or specific technical knowledge. This does not mean the unit(s) is dead, it might be dead, it might work perfectly or partially - we do not know. If you buy, pay for and recieve an item described as unknown working condition and it does not work, we will not issue an RMA number for return. Item is verified to power up, i.e. the light(s) came on, the fan spins, or some electrical component receives power as described in the auction. No specific functional testing was performed or guaranteed. One or more specific testing procedure was performed as indicated in the auction and we guarantee it to do so when received. Items in this category are not tested to be fully working (as new from the factory), that type of item would be classified as Working (see below). Item powers up, passes testing requirements, and works perfectly.
