Gaylord not properly wrapper and is not properly secured to bottom of pallet
Do not over-pack a gaylord. This improperly packed gaylord will split at the seams.
Step 1: Layer pallet with cardboard
Step 2: Maximize space based on size of monitor (17" shown/9 per layer)
Step 3: 2nd layer balanced correctly
Step 4: Continue to layer with cardboard to protect glass
Step 5: Properly shrinkwrap for a tight pallet
Step 6: Ready for shipment
Don't stack mixed sizes and don't use power cords to secure load.
Improper shrinkwrap, no wrap on bottom layer creates for an unstable load.
Unbalanced stack, increases the risk of injury or damage
Correct Way: Items are stacked evenly throughout the pallet
Correct Way: Items are stacked to an even height
Items left hanging over the pallet or items ready to fall off the pallet can be dangerous
Poorly packed pallets could fall apart and hurt employees or damage equipment.
