Sunnking Exceeds 1 Million Pounds of Electronics Recycled From Residential Recycling Events
ROCHESTER, NY (December 8, 2011) - Since April 1, 2011 over 1 million pounds of residential TV’s, computers, monitors, printers, scanners, mice, keyboards and other electronic equipment have been responsibly recycled and diverted from waste streams within New York State by Sunnking Inc., a local electronics recycling, data destruction, and asset management company.

Rochester Public Market Now Accepts Electronics For Recycling To Benefit The Sunnking/Foodlink We-Cycle Donation Program
ROCHESTER, NY (September 7th, 2011) - If you haven't been to the Rochester Public Market to shop around for the freshest produce and other unique foods in Rochester, here's yet another reason to swing by. Sunnking has teamed up with the Public Market to offer free and convenient electronics recycling on select Sundays throughout the year. For every pound of electronics that the Rochester Public Market collects, a monetary donation will be made to Foodlink courtesy of Sunnking's We-Cycle Donation Program. The first two electronics recycling Sunday’s will take place from 8am-2pm at the Public Market on Sunday, September 18th and Sunday, October 16th.

Sunnking Electronics Recycling & The Rochester Red Wings Team Up To Save The Environment With The First Annual E-Cycle Derby
ROCHESTER, NY (September 23, 2011) – Help hit a homerun for the environment by recycling your old electronics with the Rochester Red Wings and Sunnking Electronics Recycling, at the first annual E-Cycle Derby. The electronics recycling collection event will take place in the VIP Parking Lot of Frontier Field, located at 1 Morrie Silver Way, Rochester, NY 14608 on Saturday, October 8th from 9am - 2pm. For every pound of electronics that the Red Wings and Sunnking recycle at this event, Sunnking will make a monetary donation to Foodlink courtesy of Sunnking’s We-Cycle Donation Program. So far this year Sunnking has collected half a million pounds of electronics to benefit Foodlink, and is currently on track to hit their goal of 1 million pounds.

ROCHESTER, NY (August 24, 2011) – The official numbers are finally in. On June 18th, Sunnking, Zeller Corporation and 13WHAM-TV teamed up for Electronics Recycling Day 2011 to help Rochester residents recycle their old electronics responsibly and raise money for the Wilmot Cancer Center and Foodlink. A total of 273,153 lbs. of old, broken, used, and unwanted electronics were collected and $2,850 was donated to the Wilmot Cancer Center from residents driving through the event.

EAST AURORA, NY – (January 18, 2011) Sunnking hosted its latest electronics recycling event in conjunction with the East Aurora Rotary Club, and over twenty volunteers from the club showed up to help collect electronic scrap from local residents and businesses. Despite the cold weather, the event hauled in 12,348 lbs. of old/broken electronics including 50 TV’s, 67 monitors, 69 PC’s, and 21 laptops.
