eBay FAQs

Please review our FAQS before submitting an additional request.

Q: Are your products new or used?

A: Sunnking is a surplus electronics store and electronics recycling company. The large majority of our items are used and/or are auctioned for parts or repair. All items are categorized by eBay’s item condition specifics. Any time we cannot fully test an item we automatically use the “for parts or not working” condition.

Q: Do you offer combined shipping discounts?

A: Yes we can offer combined shipping discounts on any items that end within 7 days of each other, can safely ship in the same box and are paid for at the same time. Price will automatically be reduced for combined payments or you can request an invoice from us. Please do NOT wait any longer than 7 days to pay for any item.

Q: What is your warranty/return policy?

A: All Sunnking auctions carry and “as described” warranty. This means that if the item was received significantly not as described in the listing you may return it for a full refund after filling out an RMA form and receiving approval for return. If an item is returned without approval it will be refused.

Q: Do you offer technical support?

A: No, we do not offer tech support. If you plan on bidding on the item, make sure you have the technical knowledge and the expertise to properly install and use the item listed. Damage caused by improper installation and/or handling is not covered under any warranty implied or otherwise.

Q: What is included with this product?

A: If you can’t see it or read it in the auction description, please don’t assume it is included. All items, options, and/or features are listed. If you are not sure please ask us at by email (there is an email link in every auction labeled ‘Ask Seller a Question’).Please allow at least one business day for a reply. Sunnking is open 8am-4pm Mon-Fri.

Q: Will you ship USPS or ship with another carrier on my account?

A: No as stated in the auction Sunnking ships exclusively with UPS on our account only no exceptions. Due to a wide range of logistical concerns this policy is strictly enforced. Please be sure that when paying for any item a complete physical address is provided to us. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.

Q: When will I receive my item?

A: All items ship two business days after payment has cleared PayPal. Once the item ships UPS will automatically email the tracking information to your PayPal email address. Please be sure that your email account will accept emails from UPS.com as some email accounts treat these automated emails as spam.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, but make sure that you calculate your shipping charges prior to bidding. We ship only with UPS and it can be expensive. Be sure to consider your own country’s duties/taxes as we are not responsible for them. UPS will charge a COD brokerage fee based on the value of the item crossing the border. This is NOT a part of the shipping cost.

Q: Will you end the auction early?

A: We will put a buy it now on auctions that do not have bids on them if a buyer offers a sufficient amount. Please email us via Ask Seller a Question and we can take care of this.

Q: Will you accept less than what the auction is listed for?

A: The auction price is set to the lowest possible price from the start of the auction and cannot be reduced any lower. In the event that the item does not sell, we return it to our store for retail sale. We may relist items upon request however we will not lower the starting price.

Q: Will you sell me the item outside of eBay?

A: Any item listed on eBay for sale must be sold through eBay.

Q: What are acceptable forms of payment?

A: PayPal only please. This is to comply with eBay’s new “paperless payment only” initiative – Sorry, we do not except company checks, personal checks, or credit cards.

Q: Why didn’t I receive my UPS tracking number?

A: If you did not pay with Paypal or your email provided for UPS is not valid you would not get a UPS tracking number. Please go to www.ups.com and use the eBay item number as the reference number to track the package. Also be sure you have checked your “junk” box as UPS.com emails are sometimes treated as spam and may automatically be routed to Junk.

Q: How do I pay?

A: You will receive an automated email containing a link. to pay with PayPal to checkout, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. Once you’ve paid through the normal eBay checkout process you will receive an automated email from Sunnking indicating that the payment has been successfully received.

Q: If I purchase an item and it is not compatible with my system can I return it for a full refund or exchange for an item that is compatible?

A: No. Sunnking is not responsible for the compatibility of the items we sell unless we specifically state in the product description that an item will work in a specific system. It is the buyers responsibility to determine if an item will work for their application. If an item is not compatible with your system it cannot be accepted for return.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

A: Yes, once your item is shipped you will be sent an automated email with the tracking number. Please do not contact us for shipping number since they are automatically generated by the carrier and sent to you directly.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

A: Yes we offer local pickup by appointment only for a fee of $10.00. To schedule a local pickup please read the “auction terms” section of the listing. This does NOT mean you can send your own carrier to pick up the item. This means that you physically drive to our location yourself and pick up the item. All items MUST be picked up within 14 days.
