eBay FAQs

Please review our FAQS before submitting an additional request.

Q: Are your products new or used?

A: The majority of our items are marketed as used or for repair. On occasion, we will market new items. Either way, all items are categorized by eBay’s item condition specifics.

Q: Do you offer combined shipping discounts?

A: Yes. Please make your request for a combined invoice through eBay prior to making payment.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Sunnking guarantees that all items sold are “as described” in the eBay sales listing. It is our guarantee that if you (the customer) can verify the product was not “as described,” a full refund will be issued upon return of the item to Sunnking. Please utilize our RMA page for all return requests.

Q: Do you offer technical support?

A: No. Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct technical support for items sold. We can, however, offer an opinion on the matter at hand. Please feel free to inquire and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: What is included with this product?

A: If it is not pictured or mentioned in the body of the sales listings then assume it is not included with the product. That said, please feel free to message us with questions about any item you see listed.

Q: What are my shipping options?

A: Sunnking utilizes either USPS or UPS for shipment of most products sold. Freight items will ship using a variety of carriers, which have been carefully vetted by us. Please contact us directly for quotes or special shipping/handling instructions.

Q: When will I receive my item?

A: We will do our absolute best to ship all orders within 24 hours of our stated handling time of one business day. Freight orders often take 2-3 days to completely process. Tracking information for all orders will be immediately uploaded to eBay.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. We mostly ship with UPS, but can offer USPS provided we receive adequate advance notice. Please note: UPS will charge a COD brokerage fee based on the value of the item crossing the border. This is NOT a part of the shipping cost. If you would like to request an alternate shipping option, please let us know prior to making payment, so we can accurately invoice you.

Q: Will you sell me the item outside of eBay?

A: No. All items listed for sale on eBay must be sold through eBay.

Q: What are acceptable forms of payment?

A: PayPal only please.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

A: Yes. Once the item ships, tracking information will be uploaded to eBay. Please inquire through email or eBay message for freight tracking information as this does not automatically update through the eBay console.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

A: Yes. We offer local pickup by appointment only. Please contact us directly for an updated invoice and pickup arrangements.
