Sunnking Hosts Free Electronics Recycling Day For Residents In Town/Village of Spencerport & Ogden
ROCHESTER, NY (June 1, 2011) – Sunnking Electronics Recycling, J.C. Fibers, and “R” Community Bikes will host a free residential electronics recycling collection, secure document destruction, and bicycle recycling on Saturday, June 11th, from 9am-1pm. The event will take place at the Ogden Town Hall parking lot located at 269 Ogden Center Road, Spencerport, NY 14559. Foodlink, Sunnking’s official charitable partner in Monroe County, will receive a monetary donation through the “We-Cycle Donation Program” based on the volume of e-scrap collected from this event.
"R" Community Bikes will take all bicycles and bicycle parts no matter what the condition. Parts will be reused, refurbished, and then given to the most needy children and adults in the Rochester and Monroe County area.
J.C. Fibers is a leader in the recycling industry in North America. They provide confidential document shredding to protect your personal information. The documents from this event will be transported to J.C. Fibers plant in Montreal to be destroyed in a high security department.
This is co-sponsored event by the Spencerport Rotary Club and the Town of Ogden. Any residents in the area are encouraged to come and it is FREE to recycle at this event!

Residents are encouraged to bring electronics such as laptops, desktops, computer accessories, TV’s, monitors, audio/video equipment, mp3 players, communications equipment, servers & IT equipment, printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, cellphones, PDA’s, medical/lab equipment, and anything else with a circuit board or cord.
