• Why this type of Warranty? Sunnking Inc, is an Electronics Recycler selling used surplus equipment to the eBay marketplace. Among the thousands of old 486 computers that we recycle, we also see a lot of unique items that are great for eBay. Because the range of equipment is so large (computers, test equipment, lab, and medical equipment to name a few), we do not always know what we have. We do as much research about each item as possible and try to know a little about a lot of things. With regards to testing items, we may not always be able to or do not have the resources at our facility to verify the functionality status of certain items. A lot of the time, a simple power up test is all we can describe. We therefore rely on you, the customer, to know if it will work for your application as well as technically support the product. We ask our Technicians to describe an item to the best of their ability and provide as much information as they can. Obviously, information can be missed, and we are always happy to provide additional information upon request during any auction.

• Warranty Description: Sunnking guarantees all of it's auction items to be as described. It is our guarantee that if you (the customer) can verify the product was not "as described," a full refund will be issued upon return of the unit to Sunnking. Our products are listed based on two major descriptors, Physical Condition and Working Condition which are defined Here. If you receive an item that does not match either the Physical Condition or Working Condition, the product may be returned for a refund.

• Return Process: Click Here to utilize our RMA form. You must complete the online return form to recieve a RMA number and instructions for return.

1. Contact customer support via email to discuss the issue, Click here to request an RMA Number within 3 days of receipt of product.
2. Return the item to Sunnking, Inc. Attn: Shaun Smith, 4 Owens Road, Brockport, NY 14420.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the item (make sure the item is packed sufficiently as we are not responsible for damage), Sunnking will refund the total amount paid to us for the item including shipping and handling. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
