Experienced Product Sales Representative
(Brockport, NY)

Overview:

Work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years Business Development Sales experience within the technology industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of Managerial experience.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Quick Books, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Preferred Skills:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations, recommend specific products and solutions.
  • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
  • Set up and maintain customer files.
  • Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected delivery.
  • Pro-actively recommend items needed by customers to increase satisfaction and improve profitability.

Outside Sales Representative

Overview:

Responsible for establishing profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company and for actively prospecting for new B2B accounts and maximizing sales potential with existing customers. Provide client services and increase volume of assigned “House Accounts”.

Qualifications:

  • 4 Year degree plus 5 years of outside sales or customer service and/or experience in e-scrap recycling with a track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on needs analysis and strategic negotiations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word and Excel.
  • Must possess a good driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with IT equipment and scrap commodity markets.
  • Ability to multi task and work independently without supervision.
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills and sales aptitude.
  • Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.

Work Environment:

  • Office/Warehouse Production environment. Work is conducted both indoors and out with substantial time spent at the facilities of clients and prospects. Fast paced environment subject to numerous schedule and priority changes. Occasional overnight travel.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the company’s vision and mission.
  • Identify prospects, customers, and referral sources and develop/maintain relationships to ensure attainment of company business goals. Support efforts to consistently grow the base of referral sources.
  • Manage marketing data using acceptable management systems or tools (e.g., database, computerized call calendars and time management systems) to maximize efficiency and analyze data/marketing activity on a weekly basis.

Warehouse Laborer

Overview:

Prepare sold items for shipment: duties include assembling, addressing, stamping, and labeling merchandise or materials; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material, and arranging for the transportation of products.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with shipping/receiving preferred.
  • Knowledge of UPS Computer software, Shipping guidelines, PC knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

  • Forklift Training.

  • Examines contents and compares with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting and recordkeeping purposes.
  • Determines shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates.
  • Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using work related devices such as had tools, power tools, and postage computer material.
  • Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory stock levels.
  • Contact carrier to make arrangements for pickup of materials.
  • Adheres to specific eBay requirements regarding shipping turn-a-round, asset tags, hazardous materials and auction item shipping guidelines.
  • Verifies outgoing shipments for completeness.
  • Investigates damage claims, follows up with shipper to recover costs.
  • Generates daily packing lists, LTL/UPS freight quotes, and freight invoices.

Electronic Repair Technician

Overview:

Provide friendly customer service in our retail space. You will be working with customers who are dropping off electronics to be repaired including: Laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required.
  • Technical Certifications and Training Certificates a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation.
  • Experience with Android and iOs required.
  • Have a basic working knowledge of soldering using a hot air station and soldering iron.

  • Take in electronics and create a work order based on the needs of the device.
  • Open/Update tickets in our database.
  • Perform required functionality tests.
