Role Overview: As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll guide small warehouse teams, model safety best practices, and ensure smooth operations, while simultaneously working alongside your team. This role is perfect for someone with warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a passion for fast-paced, hands-on work.
· Lead by example, promoting a safe and organized work environment
· Process electronics for outbound shipment, meeting weight and packaging standards
· Operate scales, forklifts, and pallet jacks safely to manage inventory
· Maintain clean, organized work areas and report equipment issues
· Meet production goals based on material availability and workflow trends
· Assist warehouse staff and management with overall operations
· Perform other tasks as needed to support company objectives
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred (3+ years)
· Forklift and pallet jack operation experience (3+ years)
· Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to identify electronics and equipment
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Passion for technology and electronics
· Knowledge of safety protocols, PPE, and LOTO procedures
· Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
· Comfortable working in varied dust and noise conditions
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
· $21.00 – $23.00/hour, based on experience
· Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
· 40-hour workweek
· Every weekend is a 3-day weekend
