Join Sunnking’s Resale Division, where refurbished electronics get a second life through sustainable resale. We’re hiring full-time team members to test, process, and prepare electronics for resale across several departments — including General Testing, Serialization, Digital Displays, Laptop Production, Shipping, and Wholesale Sales / Operations.

Important Location & Transition Note

Sunnking will be transitioning from Brockport, NY to Bloomfield, NY, with the move anticipated between March and June 2026.

• New hires will be onboarded, trained, and initially work out of Sunnking’s Brockport HQ
• These roles will be part of the core transition team, helping support and scale operations ahead of the move
• All job details, schedules, and responsibilities will remain the same following the transition to Bloomfield

Now Hiring for the Following Roles

• General Testers

Work with a wide variety of electronics that don’t fall into specialized areas like Mobile Devices, Laptops, or Digital Displays. You’ll handle an exciting mix of audio/visual gear, computer peripherals, printers, gaming equipment, networking devices, small tech, medical, and lab/testing equipment. Every day brings something new to test, refurbish, clean, and prepare for resale.

Key Tasks:

• Power on and test electronics
• Identify defects and document results
• Ensure products meet Sunnking’s quality standards

Experience is strongly preferred but not required.

• Serialization

Scan and label serialized electronics to keep inventory organized and traceable for Sunnking’s clients.

Key Tasks:

• Tag items
• Record serial numbers
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking

Training is provided — experience is helpful but not required.

• Digital Displays

Work with monitors, TVs, and digital wall boards to verify image quality, remove sensitive data, check for damage, and prepare units for resale.

Key Tasks:

• Inspect screens
• Test functionality
• Update firmware
• Confirm quality standards

• Laptop Production – Testing, Imaging & E-Listing

Help prepare laptops and desktops for resale by testing components, installing clean operating systems, and verifying performance.

Key Tasks:

• Load software images
• Test hardware
• Confirm readiness for online sale
• Assist with product listing

Training is provided — experience is helpful but not required.

Shipping & Packaging

Package and prepare online sales orders for shipment.

Key Tasks:

• Pick, pack, and label orders
• Ensure safe, accurate delivery

• Wholesale Sales Representative (B2B Electronics Resale)

Sell bulk refurbished electronics to resellers, brokers, and enterprise buyers domestically and internationally. This role focuses on building relationships, managing accounts, and moving high-volume inventory including laptops, desktops, servers, TVs, and mixed technology loads.

Key Tasks:

• Sell bulk refurbished electronics to domestic and international buyers
• Manage inbound buyer inquiries and outbound prospecting
• Build and maintain long-term buyer relationships
• Price the product based on market demand, condition, and volume
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and accounting
• Track deals, communications, and sales activity

Sales experience is strongly preferred (B2B, wholesale, or electronics a plus), but motivated candidates will be considered.

• Wholesale Sales Operations (B2B Resale Support)

Support the Wholesale Sales team by managing inventory flow, order execution, and operational coordination for bulk electronics transactions. This role is critical to ensuring wholesale deals move efficiently from commitment to fulfillment.

Key Tasks:

• Coordinate wholesale order pulls, staging, and accuracy checks
• Verify quantities, condition, and configurations before shipment
• Work closely with Sales, Inventory, and Shipping teams to meet delivery timelines
• Prepare documentation, packing details, and load coordination for domestic and international shipments
• Track wholesale orders, status updates, and exceptions to ensure smooth execution

Experience with inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required. Training is provided.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Initial Location: Sunnking Sustainable Solutions – Brockport, NY
• Future Location: Bloomfield, NY (Resale Division transition anticipated April–June)

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour
