Sunnking, an electronics recycling company with a facility in Whitesboro, has expanded its "e-Scrap for Camp" donation program to Central New York. The announcement marks the first year the recycling program will be available to the region, and the first year it will be open to the general public.

This year's inaugural local fundraiser is open to everyone. No registration is required.

Residents can drop off their old electronic devices at no cost during a week-long collection event. Donation drop-off stages will be available at the company's Whitesboro facility at 272 Oriskany Blvd. from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday, Nov. 16, through Friday, Nov. 20.

The program raises money for Camp Good Days and Special Times, a non-profit organization that aims to improve the quality of life for children, adults, and families whose lives have been affected by cancer.
